Lisa Ellsworth (NASM CPT), owner of Well Fit Yoga, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. She specializes in one-on-one client training and high intensity interval training. Lisa is SPIN certified. Lisa completed her Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher certification in April 2019. Lisa has been practicing yoga for twenty years. Her passion is helping individuals who have experienced trauma, and those seeking transformation and evolution.
I moved to Cooperstown about 18 months ago and joined the Clark Sports Center , I wanted to get in better shape, especially cardio and core.
I starting taking spin classes (which I had never done before)and Lisa was my first instructor, I enjoyed it right away, Lisa helped me learn how to spin correctly and I really liked her taste in music which made the class even more enjoyable.
Then I found out about escape class which Lisa also taught, at first class was exhausting and I didn’t think I could do it, but the more I went to class, the more I started to like it. Lisa really focused on the people in class, made sure we were doing each exercise correctly and always pushed us to give it our best effort, I still attend escape classes at least twice per week
I feel I am in the best shape of my adult life and I feel a large part of that is due to Lisa, she is an excellent teacher and instructor.
Lisa trains with great skill and an open, full heart. I recommend her to anyone seeking change without reservation.
